Who is the Flavor Fool?

Chef Nicholas Martinez is the Flavor Fool. He’s a fool for love and a fool for cooking flavorfool foods. Chef Nicholas has been in a professional kitchen setting since he was a teen. That’s like more than 35 years already. Yikes!

​

Nicholas has worked along the waterfront, catered ticketed and private events, managed restaurant kitchens, designed and implemented a successful Deli in Morro Bay and most recently has created a brand, spice line, and direct sales distributorship under the business name Flavor Fool.

The Flavor Fool Brand, created by Chef Nicholas, is concentrated on branding quality foods that offer value and flavor in the same bite.

The journey began with Papa's Magic, the all purpose seasoning that brings the natural flavor of any food to the forefront of your pallate. 

Chef Nicholas has been distributing his spices along with other local food-centric brands and products. All the while cooking.
